Our return policy is as follows:
- Eligible Returns: Items purchased from our online store are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.

- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 20 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return but will be eligible for an exchange.
