Taxes and Duties Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning prices on the site exclude all taxes and duties. You are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes when your order arrives at Customs.
A dedicated consultant will personally coordinate with the client during order preparation, guiding the client to choose the right size, answering all questions, sending images of the order once ready, and providing alteration advice if needed once the garment is received by the client to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure ultimate client satisfaction. What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your Fujah purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
